Whether you ease yourself into a peaceful, harmonious beginners Hatha Yoga class or launch straight into a Bikram Yoga class for a high octane energy workout that is typically practised in studios heated to 40 degrees, you’ll never look back.
There are a variety of different yoga classes to attend on the Gold Coast but beware of ‘imposters’. Hatha Yoga and Bikram Yoga are very specialised and a lot of studios offer yoga that isn’t the ‘real deal.’ So we would recommend that you check the certification of these studios before you go ahead with the class.
